🏏 Chocolate Ice Blended Recipe
Avocado frozen yogurt recipe: Scrape out the flesh of the avocado and discard the peel and pit. Blend all ingredients until completely smooth, in a blender, food processor, or Vita-Mix. If you have an ice cream maker, transfer mixture to the machine and churn according to manufacturer’s directions. My Cuisinart took just 10 minutes.
How to make a Chocolate Protein Shake: Blend: Add protein powder, cocoa powder, almond milk, banana, and ice, to a blender and blend until smooth. Add Toppings: Pour into cup and use a spoon to stir in peanut butter powder. Optional: Stir in other mix-ins—my favorites are Rice Krispies cereal, cacao nibs and a sprinkle of flake salt.

Break frozen bananas in half and place in bowl of food processor. Pulse for about a minute, or until the bananas have a crumbly texture. Add the almond butter and cocoa powder and replace the cover. Optional: add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or 3 dates for added sweetness.
Instructions. In a blender or food processor, combine yogurt, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt and blend until completely smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Once chilled, pour mixture into your ice cream maker bowl and churn according to manufacturer instructions.
Adding protein powder to a blended iced coffee is a great way to make it even more nutritious. Choose from different types of proteins, such as whey, casein, or plant-based, to get the desired results and flavor you prefer. Be sure to add the protein powder after blending all the other ingredients.
Put the bananas, cocoa powder, almond or peanut butter, and some milk (any kind!) in your food processor. Turn it on and hold on tight. It'll shake and rattle until the frozen bananas break down. Scrape down the edges and keep processing the ice cream for about 3-4 minutes until it turns creamy and delicious. Eat!
Step 3 In blender on high speed (no need to wipe out), blend ice cream, salt, remaining 1/4 c. cream, and all but 2 tbsp. chocolate sauce until smooth but still thick, about 30 seconds. Step 4
To a large blender, add chocolate vodka, Irish cream, Kahlua, creme de cacao and chocolate ice cream. Cover and blend well. You may need to scrape the sides of your blender halfway through, then continue blending.
